About the project
Industrial lofts set within Usine B, a former jam factory built in 1913 in Montréal's Centre-Sud neighbourhood (Ville-Marie). The conversion preserves the building's original character — exposed brick walls and ductwork — while adding quality shared spaces: an urban chalet, a collective wine cellar, a landscaped backyard, and rooftop terraces overlooking downtown. Eric Gagnon served as sales lead for this project.
