About the project
Former Singer sewing-machine factory built in 1879 and reconverted in 2012 into 50 signature condo-lofts in the heart of Saint-Henri. The building keeps its industrial character — exposed brick, high ceilings and large windows — and offers a fitness room and rooftop terraces. Eric Gagnon led sales through to project completion.
